Although the term “culture” is a nebulous concept, the Oxford English Dictionary defines culture as “the ideas, customs, and social behaviour of a particular people or society.” “Corporate culture” also entails various descriptive definitions. Some of the more commonly accepted elements used to define corporate culture include vison, values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs and behaviors.
